Established in 1990 with headquarters in Taipei’s Neihu Technology Park, Controlnet International Inc. went public on September 6th, 2011 with stock code 3377.
Since its founding, Controlnet has maintained long-lasting cooperation with Taiwan Power Company and Chughwa Telecom Co., Ltd., winning numerous power Grid HV Substation SCADA System, Smart Grid and Feeder Automation System, EMS Energy Management System and Demand Response Control System, IP Base Remote Video Surveillance and others, with total project value in excess of US $160 million.
In the past decade, Controlnet has expanded on its engineering experience and expertise by responding to emerging industry trends and developing renewable energy solutions, including: energy management systems, energy storage devices, energy conversion (AC/DC, DC/AC, DC/DC) and protection devices. Controlnet delivers advanced solutions for control, management and protection of microgrids and is one of the few experts in Taiwan capable of offering a complete microgrid package, from planning and design to installation, operation and maintenance services.
Controlnet’s accumulated power engineering experience has been applied in microgrid projects by Taiwan Power Company in Fushan Elementary School Microgrid System and by the Ministry of Science and Technology of R.O.C. in a microgrid with energy storage system of Chemei Island, Penghu.
