Fortune is established in 1969 manufacturing distribution transformers.
Fortune’s products include oil immersed transformers up to 345 KV 500 MVA, Pad-mount transformers, Amorphous Core Pad-mount Transformers, Switchgears, Gas Insulated Switchgears, components, & compact GIS.
Through the years, Fortune had won many awards; such as Excellent Quality Control Manufacturer by Bureau of Commodity Inspection and Quarantine in Taiwan, Trade Technology Development Award, & been recognized as Class A manufacturer, for its performance and contribution in Taiwan Heavy Industries.
History on Transformer Manufacturing:
1980 Started manufacturing power transformers up to 230 KV 120 MVA
1981 became the first manufacturer of pad-mount transformer manufacturer in Taiwan
1983 Fortune implemented Company-wide quality control and factory-wide automation and rationalization.
1990 Started manufacturing 345 KV power transformers.
1993 became the first manufacturer in Taiwan heavy electrical industry to be certified for ISO 9001.
1995 Fortune licensed with Allied Signal Inc., USA to produce Amorphous Metal Core Transformers.
Fortune started as a distribution transformer manufacturer and is now manufacturing transformers from 25 KVA to 345 KV 500 MVA all over the world in Australia, Europe, Japan, China, Africa, Mid-east, and United States.
